A) REPORTS – SALES TEAM:
- Running the Management Information systems (MIS) for the MT AGU business
- Generating Daily & YTD sales report by individual Sales executive, Site, Customer level in terms of volume and value.
- Preparing POSM / BBIS elements placement report by individual salesman and tracking the records on regular basis.
- Preparing the Monthly Perfect Store analytics thereby strengthening the PS Scores of MT & showing sequential improvements.
- Managing the Claims for MT Customers for AGU- ensuring timely submission of claims to CD Finance.
- SFI record maintenance and preparing the monthly SFI reports for the MT AGU Team
- Strengthening the IT Capability of the team through periodic sessions.
- Circulating Sales team targets and achievement by month & Ytd.
B) Coordination / Responsibilities
- Being a link between cross functional department & making sure smooth functioning of operations
- Keep updating sales team on each and important information since they are on field.
- Following up for perfect stores targets and strengthen the filed working through exception/ GAP reports on PS
- Following up payment collection in order to not block the customer or hold any deliveries.
- Issuing the sample form for respective customer as request by Sales team & ensuring the new range of products will be listen in time limit.
- Keep updating on price list or any further changes department to team.
