We are currently looking for an Marketing Associate to join our European Marketing team based in Berlin. This role will be responsible for providing member support, launching promotions, creating content, ensuring all aspects of the French site are operational including ad operations.

We are looking for somebody who will…

  • Create promotions for french users. This involves coordinating between Development, design and promotions team.
  • Review all aspects of the site to ensure the content visible on Swagbucks in France is translated, grammatically correct and in accordance with terms & conditions of our advertisers
  • Coordinate campaigns from inception to live environment
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all obligations are being met with respect to client and member needs and expectations
  • Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings
  • Work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
  • Deliver great customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels on Facebook & Zendesk
  • Respond to member/client/internal stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
  • Use all tools at your disposal to increase daily engagement on site and decrease churn

Skills and requirements…

  • 0-2 years relevant experience at interactive agency or equivalent
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in French is a must. Fluency in English or German is also a must.
  • Ability to coordinate work among various stakeholders around the globe.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Must have superior prioritization and multitasking skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Must have a sense of ownership. Care.
